Directions for Use

Capsules can be opened or given whole. If giving multiple capsules per day, they can be given all at one time, or at multiple times throughout the day. Give capsules with or without food.

  • To maximize the benefits of Gut Rebuild, we recommend continuous daily use for at least 30 days. Foundational microbiome shifts take time!
