Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekend shipments are not available. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.*
*In rare cases, a product may be awaiting restock, and this will be noted on the product page. Backorders may result in a longer processing and shipping time.
Note: Orders over $250 may require a signature.
US Shipping Methods
Unless otherwise noted, the estimated delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

**Order is guaranteed to arrive within the stated window; otherwise, you may be eligible for a refund on shipping fees. These orders must be received by 10 am PT to ship the same business day, and there are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
Gut Rebuild Shipments (US only)
During warmer months, US orders of Gut Rebuild are shipped with FedEx 2Day shipping in temperature-protective packaging. This shipping method will be pre-selected at checkout.
International Shipping Methods
Depending on your location, up to 3 shipping options may be available:
- USPS International Priority Mail
- DHL Express Worldwide
- UPS Worldwide
Delivery times for these shipping methods will be estimated by the carrier at checkout. The delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
If you reside outside the United States, please note that import duties, taxes, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs (both import and export), and any other customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
