Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekend shipping is not available. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.*

Please note:

• Orders over $250 may require a signature.
• Orders over $2500 may be split into multiple shipments.

*In rare cases, a product may be awaiting restock. Backordered items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Unless otherwise noted, the estimated delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

UPS Ground	Up to 5 business days after shipment
USPS Priority	Up to 4 business days after shipment
FedEx 2Day	Typically delivered within 2 business days. Some locations include Saturday delivery.
USPS Express	Guaranteed within 2 business days of shipment*
FedEx Overnight	Guaranteed within 1 business day of shipment*
FedEx Overnight AM COLD**	Guaranteed within 1 business day of shipment*

 

*Delivery is guaranteed within the stated timeframe. If your order arrives outside the guaranteed delivery window, you may be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee. Orders must be received by 10 am PT to ship the same business day. Weekend and holiday shipments and deliveries are not available.

**Orders are shipped with cold packs in an insulated mailer.

International Shipping Methods

Depending on your location, up to three international shipping options may be available:

• UPS Worldwide
• DHL Express Worldwide
• USPS International Priority Mail
  

Estimated delivery times for available shipping methods will be provided by the carrier at checkout. The delivery times are estimates only, and are not guarantees. 

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs (both import and export), customs fees, and other applicable charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any such  charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
