Directions for Use

Use test within 1 year of the date of purchase.

Wearing the provided gloves, swab your pet’s gum line for about 30 seconds (or get as close as you can!). Place the swab back into the plastic  tube, and mail it back to us in the provided return mailer. 

Your pet’s results will be ready about 2 weeks after we receive your sample at our laboratory. We will send you an email notification when the test results are ready, which you can access via the Pet Portal.
