Terms & Conditions

• Only orders placed directly through animalbiome.com are eligible.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the order date.
• The order must have been delivered, and the product must have been used as directed.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credits or promotional credits used on the order are non-refundable.
• The “first order” is defined at the household level.
