The last resort - worked!!

I always considered FMT to be the last resort; the last thing I would try for my toy poodle. I have tried every supplement out there, different raw and gently cooked recipes, brands, PMR vs. BARF, etc. The most success I found was adding S. boulardii (another brand) to his food. However it wouldn't last, and from one day to the next I didn't know if he'd have decent poops, messy poops or diarrhea. I tried elimination diets, numerous allergy panels and tests. In December I saw gut restore was on sale, buy one get one free, and I took a chance. I wish I had sooner. Almost immediately it changed his gut for the better. I gave it with dinner and the next morning his poop had improved. We are now 6 weeks in and I continue to be amazed at how well he is doing. Every night as I prepare his dinner he is patiently waiting in the kitchen for his "poop pill!" I am so thankful to have found Animal Biome and love that you have a product specifically for raw fed dogs. Hooray for the donor dogs helping my sweet boy feel better!

I would like to thank thosr responsible for creating this product for helping me to prolong the life of my beautiful cat. I have had him since he was one year old when he jumped into my car in an Ohio State park while we were getting ready to transport our sailboat back to Texas. He came with us & now 15 years later I am trying to save his life as long as he is a happy cat and he is! He still weighs 11 pounds, he is still enjoying playing with his toy just one toy that he loves and he is frisky and still affectionate. His coat is in good shape and he seems to be a happy cat. Between gut restore and also the product PORUS ONE I believe his expiration date has not yet arrived. I hope that he will still make it to 20. He is now 16 1/2. Yes it’s expensive but again it depends upon your priorities and when you love something you figure out how to take care of them and do what needs to be done. His vet has recently pronounced him as stabilized. That was good news. Happy new year to all of those people who created this product.

Since bringing my puppy home at 8 weeks, she struggled with having consistently solid bowel movements. Any progress we had made by her 16-week appointment to get her in a somewhat healthy state was completely destroyed when a new doctor at her vet practice gave her ALL her final puppy vaccines, including rabies, in one visit. It set off a 7-month nightmare. Our poor girl's gut had been wiped out so badly that for seven months, nobody slept through the night. She had constant diarrhea, she had to go out multiple times day and night, and she was skin and bones because she couldn't gain or retain any weight. The amount of money and time we spent at the vet doing tests, ultrasounds, changing foods, adding supplements, prescription diets, etc., reached well over $7K in that timeframe. We saw multiple vets and no one could find an answer. Finally, our original vet who had been unavailable all those months was able to see her, recommended Gut Restore as a last ditch effort before going down the more severe routes. When I say this was a godsend....I'm not exaggerating. We followed directions and started out very slow because she was in such a bad state, but in all honesty, within 30 days, we saw the positive effects. We all started sleeping through the night and her bowel movements slowly became more solid. By 60 days, our girl was having consistent, solid bowel movements at healthy intervals, and had finally gained weight. She's a completely healthy, happy, wild girl now. I give all credit to Gut Restore for transforming her life. This is literally a miracle in a pill. We're now getting ready to transition her to the maintenance version, while starting our older dog on Gut Restore to see if it helps his allergies and some mild gut issues. I'm a customer for life.
