Animal Biome Wholesale Policy

1. Qualifications: To qualify for an Animal Biome wholesale account, you must be in the business of selling pet products via an online or brick & mortar store. You may be asked to provide a business license, W-9, or other documentation to qualify for an account.

2. Pricing: You determine the selling price of our products. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) is a guide for use in determining pricing.

3. Price protection: we do not offer price protection on our products. No refunds will be made for consumers who find a lower price at another store or website.

4. Returns: Unopened product may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Opened product may be returned for a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of product at our Oakland, CA office.

5. Minimum Advertised Price: Wholesalers may not advertise a price lower than 20% off MSRP in their ads.

6. Advertising approval:

1. Ads must be approved by Animal Biome prior to submitting to print publication or digital ad platform. Send ads to marketing@animalbiome.com for review. It will take 3-5 business days to review and approve, depending on ad volume.

2. Our products may not be promoted along with other brands without prior approval. Please contact marketing@animalbiome.com for approval.

3. Ads must contain company-approved images and logos. Email marketing@animalbiome.com for access to approved artwork.

4. Ads and digital ad search terms may not contain our veterinary name (Animal Biome Veterinary). 

7. Resale Certificate: In order to qualify for a sales tax exemption within a particular state, you will need to submit a Resale Certificate. Otherwise, you will be charged sales tax where applicable.

8. Rewards Credits: Wholesale customers may not accumulate or redeem credits on any purchases.
