Users Have Been Experiencing Trouble Registering Pets and Samples
We're currently experiencing a technical issue with our sample and pet registration system. Our team is working to resolve it, but registration may be temporarily unavailable.
The good news? You can still send your sample!
If you're ready to mail your sample, you don't need to wait for registration to be restored. Just make sure to keep a record of the following information so you can complete registration once the system is back up and running.
Before mailing your sample, write down:
For Gut Samples
- Sample ID: The ID associated with your sample
- Date collected: The date you collected the sample
- Stool consistency: The consistency of the sample

Stool color: The color of the sample
For Oral Samples
- Sample ID: The ID associated with your sample
- Date collected: The date you collected the sample
Once registration is available again, you'll be able to enter this information and complete your sample registration.
