Our kitty was diagnosed with IBD and we started giving him a steroid which helped with his appetite but his poops were still large, pale, soft and very smelly. We did the gut test and found out he had an overgrowth of bad bacteria and very little beneficial bacteria. We started the Gut Defender and within days his poops are consistently solid, segmented, darker and less smelly. We’re starting the FMT next and I have high hopes we’ll get to the root of the issue and be able to reduce (or remove) the steroid. The results were so fast and so effective, this product really works for our IBD kitty!

We rescued a Standard Poodle, that unknowing to us, had Giardia. Luckily I had scheduled a Vet check appt prior to getting him so was able to get him in with our vet within 48 hours. Unfortunately we had to do two rounds of antibiotics and de-wormer for all 3 of our boys before clearing it. This left Kash’s stomach in a mess so we ended up having to start a prescription food and a forum I’m on mentioned this product so I immediately ordered it. His stool within 48 hours had hardened up enough to be able to pick up. No more mushy poo piles everywhere! I tried taking him off of these during his 2nd month, but the stool immediately went back to mush so we’re now on month 3 of this and Hills Biome dry kibble and all is well. Due to his Giardia being so severe, my vet said he may have to stay on this duo for months. I’m really glad to have been recommended the GMP, because it has made our dog’s gut so much better. He has gained 19 pounds in 3 months!

I am so glad I found this product! My 13 pound Alaskan Klee Kai has had colitis every 6 months since I’ve had her and it usually lasts a month or so/ is a challenge to get rid of. Early this year, it literally took 4 months. Our vet did every test you can think of - including an ultrasound- and everything kept coming up normal. In my panic induced googling, I found gut restore and decided to try out the 90 day reset (includes GMP pills too). These completely changed her life. I have a very picky eater and when she doesn't eat I need to add a topper to her food. These fish bites must smell and taste good as she gobbles up her food right away. I love that the only ingredient is fish.

This product has been life changing for my small poodle mix who has had chronic soft stools. I was able to also do the glacier's peak pet intolerance test to eliminate his food sensitivities but due to his chronic pancreatitis and having his gut biome negatively impacted by rounds of pancreatitis he was struggling with loose stools/maldigestion and losing weight quickly. The vet initially suggested Visbiome which did not help and another round of antibiotics (which would only be a temporary solution and his symptoms would worsen and return once stopped). Instead of getting another refill of metronidazole, I decided to give this product a try. Within a day his stools were already firming up and improved quickly over the next week. It's been about three weeks now of daily use and he is able to gain back some weight and has not had a single loose stool. I am so grateful for this product.

My 14 yr old cat Oscar had diarrhea for almost a year straight before trying this supplement. FMT was encouraged by my service dog Oliver‘s vet after he was diagnosed with cancer caused by insulinoma. The cancer treatment was extremely hard on his stomach as he is a goldendoodle. AnimalBiome Gut Restore Supplement has helped reduce our dog’s pancreatitis attacks. His ilium has been removed and we had challenges keeping his guts healthy. This product seems to be working very well.

We are big fans of the Gut Restore & the poop test & S. Boulardi powder. Our girl has had chronic gut dys-biosis and adding this testing & treatment have been extremely helpful with her recovery.

My 20 yr old cat has IBD and suspected lymphoma. He also has Stage II CKD, hyperthyroidism, hypertension, allergies, asthma requiring an inhaler, and psychogenic alopecia. He has to be on antibiotics on a rotationa 7/7 schedule to control the IBD. We have not done chlorambucil yet because of his age, but he is a strong kitty and not giving up at all. I decide on the 7 days off to try AnimalBiome in addition to his Proviable DC probiotic and he actually made it 20 days until needing the antibiotic again. He gets bacterial backflow into the pancreas and urinary tract with repeated infections without the antibiotics. While AnimalBiome wasn't a "fix" for him, I wish I'd known about it years ago. It might have delayed where we are now. That said, he has never gone 20 days without symptoms on any medication so this stuff does work. I am still using it on the "off days" and deciding when to go back on the meds when I see the familiar return of symptoms.

For animals that need more support than a probiotic, or have intestinal damage from parasites (like my cat, who was 15 years old outside as a TNR feral infested with whipworms and other stuff before I trapped him and brought him in) this is really worth the price.

My pup was battling diarrhea for about 5 months….test after test would come back normal. As a last straw before a fecal transplant the vet recommended gut restore for a month and lo and behold it worked! Been over a month and all is still good! Would highly recommend this product!
