AnimalBiome Wholesaler Policy

Qualifications: To qualify for an AnimalBiome wholesale account, you must be in the business of selling pet products via an online or brick & mortar store. You may be asked to provide a business license or other documentation to qualify for an account.

Pricing: You determine the selling price of our products. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) is a guide for you to use in determining pricing.

Price protection: we do not offer any price protection on our products. No refunds will be made for consumers who find a lower price at another store or website.

Returns: Unopened product may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Opened product may be returned for a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of product at our Oakland, CA office.

Minimum Advertised Price: Wholesalers may not advertise a price lower than 30% off MSRP in their ads.

Ads must be approved by AnimalBiome prior to submitting to print publication or digital ad platform. Send ads to team@animalbiome.com for review. It will take 3-5 business days to review and approve, depending on ad volume.

Our products may not be promoted along with other brands without prior approval (approval needs to be obtained prior to ad submission). Please contact team@animalbiome.com for approval.

Ads must contain company-approved images and logos. Email AnimalBiome Customer Care Team at team@animalbiome.com for access to approved artwork.

Ads and digital ad search terms may not contain our veterinary name (AnimalBiome Veterinary).

Resale Certificate: In order to qualify for a sales tax exemption, you will need to submit a Resale Certificate for your state. Otherwise, you will be charged sales tax where applicable.
